Yes, for almost everything. Creating an account, building your profile, uploading photos and albums, browsing, searching, Meet Me, seeing who viewed you and commenting are all free for every member. You only spend Arrows when you reach out to someone — a message, a wink or a gift.

Arrows are the prepaid balance you use for paid actions. Sending a message costs 25 Arrows, a wink costs 2, and a gift costs from 25 depending on which one you choose. Receiving a message, wink or gift is always free.

Packs start at 500 Arrows for €5, and the larger the pack the better the rate — the biggest pack gives you 50% more Arrows per euro than the smallest. Prices include VAT.

No. Arrows stay on your account until you use them. They are personal to your account and cannot be transferred to another member or exchanged for cash.

Only if something went wrong on our side. Arrows land in your balance the moment you pay — at checkout you ask us to do that and confirm you understand it ends your right to withdraw, so we do not refund a purchase because you changed your mind, and Arrows you have already spent on a message, wink or gift are not refunded either.

We do refund when we are at fault: money taken and no Arrows credited, a double charge, Arrows deducted for something that was never delivered, or a payment you did not authorise. Write to support@cupidera.com — every case, and how long it takes, is set out in our Refund Policy.

You need to register to see member profiles and to use any feature. Registration is free and takes a minute. You must be at least 18.

Open a member’s profile and choose to write to them. Before you send, the site shows you exactly what the message costs and what your balance is, so there are no surprises. Replies you receive cost you nothing.

Only signed-in members. Your profile is not published on the open internet and is not indexed by search engines. In Settings → Privacy you can make your profile private, hide it completely with stealth mode, limit who sees your photos, friends, audio and video, and block individual members.

Report them. Every profile has a report control, and you can also write to safety@cupidera.com. We confirm every report, review it, and tell you the outcome. You can block a member at any time, which stops all contact immediately.

Never send money to anyone you meet here, for any reason.

Yes. Settings → History shows every Arrow purchase with its date, pack, amount, price and invoice, plus your gift history. Your current balance is shown at the top of your profile.

Settings → Delete Account. Your profile, photos and messages are removed. We keep invoices for the period Estonian accounting law requires, and nothing more. You can also ask us at privacy@cupidera.com.
